I am a third-year student studying public relations at the University of Oregon. I am minoring in music, I love all things pop culture. I recently have found a passion for food sustainability and food waste prevention. My blog has helped me express my feelings towards food waste and the service industry. Examining trends and research are my favorite things.

I started this blog for a class, but I am not going to stop posting once the term ends. I have been able to learn so much about food systems through research for my blog; there is so much to write about. I also find that researching trends in restaurants and interviewing different demographics about their opinions on the dining scene brings up new conversation. Food is awesome.
